There was a baby crying at the library & Maya asks,

"Mom do you like the sound of babies crying?"

I said, "Um.. no. Who would enjoy that? It's an awful, heart breaking sound."

She replies (very casually),

"Oh you know..Vampires, Evil Fairies & the Creature from the Black Lagoon."

Seriously..these kids crack me up.
